Returns & Exchanges
At ROCKBROS, we are committed to providing high-quality cycling and sports gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original ROCKBROS packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
